Through our support of Plastic Bank, we fund the collection of single-use plastics in Indonesia, Egypt, Haiti, Brazil & the Philippines. Collection points have been set up in these countries where locals can exchange recyclable plastic for cash or tokens towards household goods.
This gives plastic waste new value which reduces the flow of plastic into dumps, rivers and oceans. The plastic collected is later recycled and turned into new products creating a circular economy.
